Highlights

• March 2021: Werner Goebl is head of the Department of Music Acoustics – Wiener Klangstil (IWK).
• October 2020: Werner Goebl promoted to Full Professor.
• June 2019: Laura Bishop was awarded the FWF project “Achieving Togetherness in Ensemble Performance” that started in May 2020.
• December 2017: A large H2020 Research and Innovation Action was funded: Towards Richer Online Music Public-domain Archives (TROMPA) with 9 partners from all over Europe and a budget over 3M€. More infos to come.
• January 2017: The Vienna 4x22 Piano Corpus, 4 pieces performed by 22 professional pianists, went open data.
• July 2016: Research project “Coordination and Collaborative Creativity in Music Ensembles” funded by the FWF
