New Team Member: Dustin Zorn

We are welcoming our first Early Stage Artistic Researcher Dustin Zorn!

Dustin has a Bachelor and Master degree in composition from Hfm Hanns-Eisler (Berlin, DE), and a Bachelor degree in sound and music production from the Hochschule der populären Künste Berlin. He was a scholarship recipient of the German National Academic Foundation and has a diverse portfolio of compositions and live electronic performances with varioous instrumentations. His master thesis on “Creation of the artistic and technical concept for a concert with live-electronics and performance-specific acousmonium”, shows his expertise in the artistic and technical field of live-electronic music.

Within the project he will conduct a series of artistic experiments, create new repertoire in close connection with performance practice. He will furthermore investigate the transference effects of different interfaces and audio synthesis environments on live-electronic music performances.
