Save the Date | Live-Electronics Symposium in Nairobi in February 2024
Evolving from the idea of a follow-up to our previous “Live-Electronics Workshop” in Nairobi, the idea to organise an entire symposium dedicated to live electronic music for February 2024 came up.
Save the date!
East Africa’s first ever music technology and innovation symposium lands in Nairobi from February 12th to the 18th, 2024. Brought to you by Santuri East Africa and the Department of Music Acoustics at mdw (Vienna), Kilele will be a heady mix of shows, workshops, presentations, and networking events - bringing together the region’s most creative music practitioners with international music tech companies, brands, platforms and academia.
Already confirmed are celebrated Kenyan avant-garde artists KMRU and Nyokabi Kariuki, to be joined by a slew of global and regional guests and delegates.
