Collaborator during our fourth research cycle is Cedrik Fermont (http://syrphe.com/c-drik.html). Cedrik (aka C-drík, Kirdec, Cdrk) is a Berlin-based Belgian-Congolese composer, musician, mastering engineer, author, radio host, concert organiser, independent researcher and label manager (at Syrphe) who operates in the field of noise, electronic, electroacoustic, sound art, and experimental music since 1989. He visited us for a in-depth research meeting with discussions on live-electronics, setups, repertoire and performance techniques in July 2025.
The results of our collaboration will be presented in Kuala Lumpur in November 2025.
